Workday Rising serves as the premier conference for our community to unite. It offers an immersive environment where participants exchange innovative ideas and deepen their knowledge of Workday technology and solutions. Whether attending on-site or through our digital platform, Workday Rising is designed for professional growth, meaningful networking, and collective celebration.
Workday Rising is an event tailored for our collective community, and welcomes our existing customers, prospective clients by invitation, sponsoring partners, analysts from the financial and industry sectors, and accredited media representatives.
The conference is built for executives, leaders, and technical teams who manage or evaluate Workday systems. This includes professionals in Human Resources (CHROs, HRIS managers), finance (CFOs, controllers, analysts), and Information Technology (CIOs, IT developers).
Programming is curated based on role, seniority, specific product interests, industry verticals, and core event themes. Covering everything from high-level strategy to tactical execution, Workday Rising provides access to hundreds of breakout sessions customized for IT, HR, Finance, and Operations leaders. Attendees can also participate in hands-on training, collaborative Braindates, and our inspirational keynote presentations.
Workday Rising is happening October 12–15, 2026, at The Venetian Resort and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, and online.

No, Workday Rising passes are not transferable year to year.
You can access sessions and resources from past Workday events here. If you’ve attended a Workday event in the past, use your registration information to log in. If not, simply sign up for access at no cost to you.

In Person
The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to control the temperature in session rooms, we recommend that you bring an extra layer.
The following meals will be provided:
- Monday: Welcome Reception (drinks and a light buffet)
- Tuesday: Light breakfast bites and lunch
- Wednesday: Light breakfast bites, lunch, and the Customer Appreciation Party (drinks and appetizers)
- Thursday: Brunch
You have the option to purchase one Guest Customer Appreciation Party Pass ($395) for a guest who is at least 18 years old, while supplies last. Valid ID is required for entry. Other than that, guests are not permitted at functions or public areas of the conference.

October is warm with a high of 85°F (29°C) during the day, and a low of 55°F (13°C) at night.
Registration
All registration cancellations, changes, and transfers must be received in writing and emailed to the Workday Rising team. Workday will not allow changes after certain dates and cannot offer credits for future events. Cancelling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, if applicable. Individuals are solely responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Note: Individual passes cannot be refunded if purchased as a group bundle.
In-Person Pass Cancellation
- Cancellation before or on September 16, 2026: full refund of registration fee (less a $150 administration fee).
- Cancellation between September 17, 2026, and October 11, 2026: 50% refund of registration fee.
- Cancellation or change after October 11, 2026: no refunds. Your in-person registration will allow access to on-demand content viewable at any point for 90 days.
Guest Party Pass for Customer Appreciation Party Cancellation
- Cancellation before or on September 16, 2026: full refund of registration fee (less a $150 administration fee).
- Cancellation between September 17, 2026, and October 11, 2026: 50% refund of registration fee.
- Cancellation or change after October 11, 2026: no refunds.
- All passes purchased on-site are considered final sale.
In-Person Conference Pass Substitutions
- You may transfer your pass to another person within your organization.
- You must email the Workday Rising team with your request and provide the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants before or on October 11, 2026. No additional fees will be charged for substitutions.
- Substitutions will not be allowed after October 11, 2026.
Conference Pass Changes from In-Person to Digital Pass
- You must email the Workday Rising team with your request to change your conference pass before or on September 16, 2026. You will receive a full refund of the difference in price between paid fee and Digital Pass.
- For requests to change your conference pass received between September 17, 2026, and October 11, 2026: you will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fee.
- For requests to change your conference pass received after October 11, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
Email the Workday Rising team for any changes to your registration. To edit or cancel your hotel reservation, log in to the Attendee Portal and go to My Event.
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Email the Workday Rising team with your request and provide the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants before or on October 11, 2026. Substitutions will not be allowed after October 11, 2026. Purchases are not transferable to future Workday events.

Group Pass
A Group Pass is a discounted pricing option for organizations sending multiple attendees to Workday Rising. When you purchase passes together on a single invoice through the Workday Rising Group Pass Portal, you may qualify for per-pass discounts based on your organization type and quantity.
Customers register for Group Passes by purchasing through the Workday Rising Group Pass Portal. All qualifying passes must be purchased in a single transaction (single invoice) to receive the group discount.
Group passes can be paid using a credit card, wire transfer, or check. Please note that wire transfers and checks incur a $150 processing fee per invoice.
The Corporate rate applies to corporate (for-profit) organizations. Corporate customers who purchase 5 or more in-person passes on a single invoice receive $100 USD off the current rate per pass.
The Public Sector and Academic rate is open to all bona-fide employees of federal, state, or local government entities; employees of accredited public higher education institutions; and employees of organizations with registered non-profit status (i.e., 501(c)(3) in the U.S.). Additional discounts do not apply. Public Sector and Academic customers who register 4 or more in-person passes on a single invoice receive $200 USD off the current rate, per pass.

Yes, all livestreamed and recorded sessions will be available on the Attendee Portal 24 hours after they happen.
Yes, we have many sessions that qualify for CPE credit. You can filter the Session Catalog by the types of credits offered by NASBA and SHRM in mid-July.

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is just a few miles off the Las Vegas Strip, making it the main airport for arrival into the city.
After you complete your registration, you will be prompted to book a hotel room using our official housing portal. You must book through the registration portal to access discounted rates at the 15 hotels located near the Venetian Resort.

The deadline to book your hotel room is Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
Hotel cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax (“Penalty”). Cancellation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee. If you don’t check in to your scheduled hotel (as per the hotel’s policy) on the arrival date, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
Shuttle service will be provided at the following official conference hotels to the Venetian Expo Center. Shuttles will not be provided to and from the airports.
