Workday Rising is happening September 27-30, 2027, in San Diego and online.

Workday Rising is an event tailored for our collective community, and welcomes our existing customers, prospective clients by invitation, sponsoring partners, analysts from the financial and industry sectors, and accredited media representatives.

The conference is built for executives, leaders, and technical teams who manage or evaluate Workday systems. This includes professionals in Human Resources (CHROs, HRIS managers), finance (CFOs, controllers, analysts), and Information Technology (CIOs, IT developers). 

Programming is curated based on role, seniority, specific product interests, industry verticals, and core event themes. Covering everything from high-level strategy to tactical execution, Workday Rising provides access to hundreds of breakout sessions customized for HR, finance, IT, and operations leaders. Attendees can also participate in hands-on training, collaborative Braindates, and our inspirational keynote presentations.

To qualify for sponsorship, your company must first be an active partner within the Workday Partner ecosystem. Eligibility for sponsorship requires that partners remain in active good standing in Workday’s partner program. All sponsorships are granted at Workday’s discretion, and annual participation is not guaranteed.

No, Workday Rising passes are not transferable year to year.

You can access sessions and resources from past Workday events here. If you’ve attended a Workday event in the past, use your registration information to log in. If not, simply sign up for access at no cost to you.

Visit the My Events page in the Attendee Portal. There’s an option to upgrade your pass within your registration. This will give you access to hundreds of additional on-demand sessions and digital Braindates during the event.

Yes, all of the Workday Rising digital content is included with the in-person Full Experience Pass.

• We do not offer refunds for Digital Passes
• Your paid digital registration will allow access to on-demand content viewable at any point for 90 days.

Note: Individual passes cannot be refunded if purchased as a group bundle.

Yes, while we don’t offer additional discounts on the Global Digital All-Access pass, one can purchase multiple passes together on a single invoice through the Workday Rising Group Pass Portal.

All qualifying passes must be purchased in a single transaction (single invoice).

Group passes can be paid using a credit card, wire transfer, or check. Please note that wire transfers and checks incur a $150 processing fee per invoice.
