Workday Rising is in San Francisco, California, and online, September 15–18. Save the date!
Early Bird pricing begins on May 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm PST June 25, 2025. On June 26th, 2025, regular pricing will begin.
Group rates are $1,995 (Early Bird) and $2,195 (regular) and the qualifications are as follows:
- Corporate rate: 5+ per invoice
- Government/Education/Non-profit rate: 4+ per invoice
Group rates are only available in the group bundle portal until August 30. The Government, Education, and Non-profit rate will only display to applicable attendees with those domains.
Yes!
Workday Rising Call for Participation launched in March 2025. As of April 7, Speaker Submissions are closed, but you can still participate by submitting a nomination for the Customer Awards due July 11, 2025.
No, Workday Rising passes are not transferable year to year.

Digital
The Digital All-Access Pass is already heavily discounted so there is no group pricing.
Visit the My Events page. There’s an option to upgrade your pass within your registration, which will give you access to hundreds of additional on-demand sessions.
Yes, we have many sessions that qualify for CPE credit. You can filter the session catalog by the types of credits offered by NASBA and SHRM.
We do not offer refunds on digital passes. Your paid digital registration allows access to on-demand content viewable at any point for a minimum of 90 days.
