General
Workday Rising is in San Francisco, California, September 15–18 and online September 16–18. Save the date!
Early Bird pricing begins May 28, 2025, and ends June 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT. On June 26, 2025, 12:00 AM PT regular pricing will begin.
Corporate Group Bundles:
- 5+ Full Experience Passes per invoice.
- Pricing: $1,995 Early Bird; $2,195 Regular ($100 discount per pass).
Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Academic Group Bundles:
- 4+ Full Experience Passes per invoice.
- Pricing: $1,895 Early Bird; $2,095 Regular ($200 discount per pass).
Group rates are only available in the group bundle portal until August 30, 2025. The Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Academic rate will only display to applicable attendees with those domains.
Discount Criteria:
The Full Experience Group Bundle Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Academic rate is open to all employees of federal, state, or local government entities; employees of accredited public higher education institutions; and employees of organizations with registered nonprofit status (ie 501(c)(3) in the U.S.).
All attendees registering under this rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government, education or nonprofit employment upon check-in. Workday may, at its sole discretion, charge the full conference amount to anyone unable to satisfy proof of employment requirements to Workday’s satisfaction. Additional discounts do not apply.
Availability:
- This discounted rate can be purchased through the Group Bundle Portal. All users must create an account to access this offer.
- If you do not see the Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Academic rate available to you in the Group Bundle Portal, please email the Workday Rising Team for assistance.
- Organizations that are unsure of their eligibility are encouraged to email the Workday Rising Team for clarification.
- The group bundle rate expires on August 30, 2025. Group bundles are not available onsite.
No, the Digital All-Access Pass is already heavily discounted so there is no group pricing.
Yes!
Workday Rising Call for Participation launched in March 2025. As of April 7, speaker submissions are closed, but you can still participate by submitting a nomination for the Customer Awards due July 11, 2025.
No, Workday Rising passes are not transferable year to year.
You can access sessions and resources from past Workday events here. If you’ve attended a Workday event in the past, use your registration information to log in. If not, simply sign up for access at no cost to you.
In Person
Moscone Center is located at 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, California 94103.
The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to control the temperature in session rooms, we recommend that you bring an extra layer.
The following meals will be provided:
- Monday: Welcome Reception (drinks and a light buffet)
- Tuesday: Lite breakfast bites and lunch
- Wednesday: Lite breakfast bites, lunch, and the Customer Appreciation Party (drinks and appetizers)
- Thursday: Brunch
You have the option to purchase one Guest Party Pass for a guest who is at least 18 years old, while supplies last. Valid ID is required for entry. Other than that, guests are not permitted to functions or public areas of the conference.
The following services and accommodations are provided on site:

- Reflection room
- First aid
- Security
- Mobile app help desk
September is warm with a high of 70°F (21°C) during the day, and a low of 55°F (13°C) at night.
All registration cancelations, changes, and transfers must be received in writing and emailed to the Workday Rising team. Workday will not allow changes after certain dates and cannot offer credits for future events. Canceling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, if applicable. Individuals are solely responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Note: Individual passes cannot be refunded if purchased as a group bundle.
In-Person Pass Cancelation
- Cancelation before or on August 16, 2025: full refund of registration fee (less a $150 administration fee).
- Cancelation between August 17, 2025, and September 15, 2025: 50% refund of registration fee.
- Cancelation or change after September 15, 2025: no refunds. Your in-person registration will allow access to on-demand content viewable at any point for 90 days.
Guest Party Pass for Customer Appreciation Party Cancelation
- Cancelation before or on August 16, 2025: full refund of registration fee (less a $150 administration fee).
- Cancelation between August 17, 2025, and September 15, 2025: 50% refund of registration fee.
- Cancelation or change after September 15, 2025: no refunds..
- All passes purchased on-site are considered final sale.
In-Person Conference Pass Substitutions
- You may transfer your pass to another person within your organization.
- You must email the Workday Rising team with your request and provide the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants before or on September 15, 2025. No additional fees will be charged for substitutions.
- Substitutions will not be allowed after September 15, 2025.
Conference Pass Changes from In Person to Digital Pass
- You must email the Workday Rising team with your request to change your conference pass before or on August 16, 2025. You will receive a full refund of the difference in price between paid fee and Digital Pass.
- For requests to change your conference pass received between August 17, 2025, and September 15, 2025: you will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fee.
- For requests to change your conference pass received after September 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
Email the Workday Rising team for any changes to your registration. To edit or cancel your hotel reservation, log in to the Attendee Portal and go to My Events.
All registration cancelations must be received in writing. To provide your cancelation notice, email the Workday Rising team.
If you are registered but can no longer attend the event, then you may:
- Change your conference pass from in-person to digital.
- Transfer your conference pass to another person in your organization.
- Cancel your conference pass.

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Email the Workday Rising team with the names, titles, and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants by September 15, 2025. Substitutions may not be granted after this date. Credits are not issued for a future Workday Rising program.

Yes, all Workday Rising digital content is included with the in-person Full Experience Pass.
Yes, all livestreamed and recorded sessions will be available on the attendee portal 24 hours after they happen.
Yes, we have many sessions that qualify for CPE credit. You can filter the Session Catalog by the types of credits offered by NASBA, and SHRM in mid-June.
Yes. Please reserve your hotel room during the registration process. The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Tuesday, August 19, 2025. View the hotel map. We suggest using our hotel booking tool to receive the conference rates at each of the hotels. If you have additional questions, please email wdrisinghousing@cmrus.com.
Hotel cancelations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax (“Penalty”). Cancelation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee. If you don’t check in to your scheduled hotel (as per the hotel’s policy) on the arrival date, the remainder of your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
You are welcome to stay where you choose while attending Workday Rising. However, please note that shuttle service will only be provided to official conference hotels.
No, hotels that are not within walking distance will have complimentary shuttle service.
Digital
Visit the My Events page. There’s an option to upgrade your pass within your registration. This will give you access to hundreds of additional on-demand sessions and digital Braindates during the event.
Yes, all of the Workday Rising digital content is included with the in-person Full Experience Pass.

Digital Braindates are a great way to exchange knowledge and share your expertise with fellow digital attendees. You can create a new topic or join an existing one. Braindates are available to Digital All-Access Pass holders only.
