Who can attend Workday Rising Europe?

Customers can purchase our group discount bundle during initial registration.

Group discounts are available to purchase during the registration process. Customer companies can buy a group discounted pass bundle and invite peers from the same organisation to register with the purchased bundle passes. If someone within your organisation has purchased your registration via the group discount process, please reference the registration instructions that have been emailed to you directly.

Follow the steps below during the registration process to take advantage of the customer group discount:

  1. On the registration landing page, select Workday Customer.
  2. Fill in the required registration information.
  3. Select the Group Discount Package. If you need additional group passes, you can select the Additional Discount Package and choose the number you want.
  4. Pay for your passes and click Continue.
  5. Click on My Account to view your pass bundle(s) and start inviting your colleagues to register with one of your passes. A reminder that your passes must be used by individuals from your organisation using their business address with the same domain.
  6. Your colleagues will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to register for their conference passes. Note: Each person must go through the registration process to receive their conference pass as well as to book their hotel room.
  7. While not required, if you are personally attending Workday Rising Europe, you can assign one of the passes to register yourself and book your hotel room.

No. You can add names to your Group Discount Package later by logging in to your account

If you have already invited someone but they have not completed their registration, you can remove their names and invite others on your account. If they are already registered, contact us at risingeuroperegistration@workday.events directly.

No. You can add Group discount packages to your account by contacting us at risingeuroperegistration@workday.events directly.

When you add the names and email addresses of the colleagues that are included in your Group Discount Package in your account, each person will receive an email inviting them to register and book their accommodation.


It’s up to you. The individual that purchases the group discount package(s) has the option, or not, to assign a pass to themselves. All group passes receive the same conference benefits and access.

Yes, if you purchase the Group Discount Package during the Early Bird period (until 27 September 2022) you can combine the group discount and Early Bird rates.

Yes, this is the only process for taking advantage of the group discount rate.

You are welcome to bring a guest to the Customer Appreciation Party on Thursday night by purchasing a Guest Party Pass during the registration process. The €300 pass includes transportation, food, beverages and entertainment. Guests must be 18 or older and present a valid ID. Guests are not permitted to other functions or public areas of the conference. If you already registered, log in to your account to add a Guest Party Pass.

Log in to your account at any time to make changes to your registration or hotel information.

All registration cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation notice to the Workday Rising Europe team.

Workday will not allow changes after certain dates and cannot offer credits for future events. Cancelling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, if applicable. Individuals are solely responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organisation. Email the Workday Rising Europe team with the names, titles and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants by 17:00 CET on Monday 7 November 2022. Substitutions may not be granted after this date. Credits are not issued for a future Workday Rising Europe programme.

What will the health and safety protocols be at Workday Rising Europe?

Attendance of Workday Rising Europe in Stockholm could potentially include testing, proof of vaccination or test results and masks. This will be confirmed as the event gets closer by our Workday Health and Safety team and medical experts, in alignment with local restrictions.

  • Tuesday: Welcome Reception (drinks and a light buffet)
  • Wednesday: light breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch
  • Thursday: light breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and the Customer Appreciation Party (drinks and a casual dinner buffet)

Yes, we have negotiated special conference rates at many hotels in the area. See the list of host hotels.

Discounted hotel rates are available until 16:00 CET on Tuesday 25 October 2022, based on hotel availability.

Yes, all our official conference hotels provide free Wi-Fi.

You are responsible for making your hotel reservation through your account as part of your conference registration process.

No, but we highly encourage you to so you can take advantage of discounted group rates available only to Workday Rising Europe attendees and subject to availability. 

Yes, but this is subject to availability at the time of the booking.

No. In order to take advantage of the discounted room rates, you must be registered for the conference.

No. All reservations and changes must be made in your account until 16:00 CET on Tuesday 25 October 2022, and are subject to hotel availability. After this date, please email the Workday Rising Europe team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

All reservations will be charged in full on Tuesday 25 October 2022 (16:00 CET).

Although the hotels do their best to accommodate all special requests, unfortunately they cannot issue any guarantees.

All hotel changes must be made in your account before Tuesday 25 October 2022 (16:00 CET). After this date, please email the Workday Rising Europe team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Full non-refundable prepayment for your hotel reservation will be processed on Tuesday 25 October which will guarantee your reservation. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date we will hold your reservation and get in touch with you for further information. If you think you will not be able to check in on your scheduled arrival date, email the Workday Rising Europe team.

The Stockholmsmässan is located at Mässvägen 1, 125 30 Älvsjö, Sweden.

Major airlines provide air travel into Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN), which is located about 48 Km from the Stockholmsmässan.

No, transportation will not be provided to or from the airport, but you can purchase transportation services at the airport. It’s recommended that you take the Arlanda Express train to the city centre.

Workday provides a complimentary Metro card for all delegates who book a hotel via the registration system so you can travel between the official conference hotels and the venue in an environmentally-friendly manner – and free of charge. You can collect the Metro card at the event when you collect your badge.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

  • Parking garage: 60 SEK per hour or 170 SEK per day.
  • Outdoor parking: 50 SEK per hour or 150 SEK per day.

Stockholmsmässan has 12 charging stations for those that drive an electric car. They can be found in garage P2. There are another 8 charging stations available at the car park outside Älvsjö sports ground, approximately 450 metres from the Stockholm Fair’s main entrance. Charging your car is free of charge, you only pay the normal parking fee. The electricity that Stockholm Parkering provides is marked with good environmental choices and comes from renewable sources.

Average November weather in Stockholm ranges from 5–10 degrees celsius. Bring layers of clothing to accommodate colder weather.

The dress code is business casual. We do not host any formal business or social networking functions. While we do our best to control the temperature in session rooms, we recommend you bring a removable layer for your comfort.
